Lizbeth Padilla
VOTE BY Mail COORDINATOR
As the Vote by Mail Coordinator, Lizbeth is responsible for all duties relating to the management of the Vote by Mail Department. This includes issuing mail ballots to Polk County voters and securing the ballots returned to the office. She also trains and manages workers assisting the public with mail ballot requests. Lizbeth supervises the tabulation of mail ballots and she is also in charge of the verification of candidate and initiative petitions submitted to the Supervisor of Elections office.
Additionally, Lizbeth provides assistance in Spanish to voters for whom English is a second language and translates English documents into Spanish.
Lizbeth has been employed with the Supervisor of Elections Office since April 2015.
